There is no further information yet, unfortunately, about when the Askam surgery can re-open. Obviously DVMP is preparing for the re-opening and we do not anticipate any hold ups to this re-opening when it happens.
The Save Our Surgery group is to provide a further update “press release” about the current situation with the Askam surgery building, in order to re-assure patients that the surgery will re-open as soon as possible.
We appreciate that there are difficulties for some patients currently having to travel to Kirkby or Broughton in the meantime, but we will try to keep all of our patients supported by regular updates and keeping everyone “in the loop” to prevent any unnecessary anxieties during this time.
