Mrs Janette Connor is our Admin Manager and is available to help with any queries re registrations, referrals or other admin work. She is assisted by Secretaries Ms Nicole Evans and Ms Sally Chadd.

Our Practice Nurses are Mrs Rebecca Thexton, Mrs Katharine Wilson, Mrs Sue Brown and Mrs Laura Fugler.
They are available by appointment for advice on:

- Coronary Heart Disease follow-up
- Hypertension
- Hormone Replacement Therapy
- Contraceptive Advice

- Flu Vaccinations
Receptionists
Our Receptionists are the vital link in our communications. All our staff try very hard to help you obtain the service you require and sometimes may need to ask for additional details regarding your condition in order to help the Doctors to prioritise.
Please do not shout at them.
We as a practice support the NHS Zero Tolerance Policy in Primary Care regarding aggressive/abusive behaviour towards staff.
District Nurses
District Nurses deliver nursing care in the home, to meet the needs of patients and their carers. Their main duties are:
- To nurse patients in their own home following discharge from hospital
- To offer specialist nursing care for acute and terminally ill people
- To work with the GPs to maintain the health of patients by promoting their independence
Community Midwife
A Community Midwife is available on Thursday mornings every fortnight for ante-natal appointments at both Kirkby and Broughton.
